CutRoute

For lawn/landscape operators

Landscaping software that runs maintenance and installs on one calendar

Recurring maintenance pays the bills; installs make the margin. Most software handles one. CutRoute schedules both, quotes both, and bills both.

What it fixes

Built around how this work actually runs

Quotes that take a second trip

Measure turf, beds, and hardscape on satellite imagery. Price by the square foot or by line item.

Projects buried under mowing

Multi-day installs block crew time on the same calendar as recurring visits, so nothing double-books.

Chasing payment

Deposits on approval, progress billing, and autopay for maintenance.

Built for 1–10 crew landscaping companies, not enterprise commercial maintenance.

Everything included

The same five tools, every vertical

Waitlist

Early access for lawn/landscape operators

Tell us what you run. Waitlist members shape the lawn/landscape features and lock in founding pricing.

No spam. One email at launch, one for early access. Unsubscribe any time.

Questions

Is this landscape design software?

No. CutRoute runs the business side: scheduling, routing, estimates, invoicing, and customers. It doesn't draw plans.

When does CutRoute launch?

Spring 2027. Waitlist members get in first and lock in founding pricing.

Does it work on a phone in the truck?

It's built for that first. Crews use it on iPhone or Android; you use it wherever you are.

Can I bring my customer list from another tool?

Yes, CSV import from any spreadsheet or export.
