Questions
How accurate is satellite lot measurement?
Boundaries and turf area come from Regrid parcel data and satellite imagery, which is accurate enough to quote from. When a lot is unusual or the imagery is stale, you can draw the boundary manually instead.
Can I stop my team quoting below cost?
Yes. The pricebook carries markup rules and a margin floor, and an estimate that falls below it cannot be sent.
What stops a quoted price from drifting?
Every quote captures a vendor pricing snapshot at the moment it is created, and that snapshot is locked. The customer sees the price they were quoted.
Does an accepted quote become a job automatically?
Yes. Acceptance converts the estimate into a scheduled job, and for an agreement, activation generates the whole schedule for the term.
